The Brazilian molho vinagrete is a fresh made salsa or sauce, also used as a salad dressing that accompanies the BBQ veggies, the meat and side dishes.

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Stir well and serve either at room temperature or chilled.

Note that flavours intensify if left to stand for a few hours or overnight. As long as it's covered and refrigerated, fresh homemade salsa has a shelf life of between 3-5 days.
