Ingredients

  • 300 gram Soba noodles
  • 3 fresh celery stems
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 red pointed pepper (Sweet Palermo)
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 200 gram prawns
  • 4 spring onions
  • 8 sprigs of koriander
  • 4 tbsp black sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp chili flakes

Dressing ingredients

  • 8 tbsp soy sauce
  • 8 tbsp lime juice
  • 8 tbsp sesame oil

This dish forms the perfect combination of noodles, fish and vegetables! If you like noodles with prawns, then certainly try this super easy noodle recipe!

Preparation

  • Prepare the soba noodles by following the directions on the package. Then rinse with cold water. And set aside until use.
  • Wash and finely chop the celery stems and cucumber. Do the same with the Sweet Palermo, however, remove the seeds first and then cut the peppers into half rings.
  • Fry the prawns, celery, cucumber, Sweet Palermo briefly on medium-high heat with some oil. Remove from the pan and mix with the soba noodles.
  • Meanwhile, cut the spring onions into thin rings and make the dressing by stirring together the soy sauce, lime juice and the sesame oil. And finally, coarsely chop the coriander.
  • Divide the soba noodles with vegetables among 4 plates and sprinkle some spring onion, sesame seeds, chilli flakes and coriander on top. Serve it with the dressing.
