Celery - the green stems and leaves are delicious and healthy. The aromatic oils give salads a characteristic scent and a slightly spicy taste. This low-calorie vegetable is an indispensable element to include fresh in salads everyday. Celery can be steamed, stewed, baked au gratin in béchamel sauce and even fried in a pancake batter. Celery also goes perfectly with onion, tomatoes, leek and meat.
Preparation
Wash the celery sticks, remove the ends and cut into pieces and place in a bowl. Add the diced pineapple, grated cheese and slightly shredded walnuts. Mix mayonnaise with yogurt and mix thoroughly.
