  • 50 ml lemon juice
  • 50 ml mayonnaise
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Zaan mustard
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • Pepper

Preparation

Put the garlic, lemon juice, mayonnaise, olive oil, Zaan mustard, and soy sauce in a high mixing bowl and mix with a hand blender. Season with pepper.

  • 50 ml lemon juice
  • Leaves of 4 mint sprigs
  • 50 ml mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 spring onion
  • 50 ml oil
  • Optional 50 ml water
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Put the avocado, lemon juice, mint leaves, mayonnaise, garlic clove, spring onion (chopped into large pieces) together with the oil in a high mixing bowl and mix with a hand blender. If the dressing is too thick, add the water. Season the dressing with salt and pepper.
