Why do I like salads? I cannot imagine my daily routine without them. I never tire of salads; they offer such a variety of different possibilities that it is easy to eat salads every day without being bored, and hard to think about replacing them with any other food. The colours, flavours and nutrients of their ingredients are the secret of their versatility, and make it easy to put together a good menu, while enjoying the added sensory and health benefits they offer.
Overall, you could define me as being a passionate student of health in general, and in particular of selecting and combining foods (especially fruits and vegetables) consciously, to improve the quality of life.
Before pursuing a career in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, I graduated in pharmacy, which is ultimately continuously learning of human beings and the health bumps through which anyone may pass. The fact that no two people are alike makes it an even more challenging and exciting profession.
