Hi there, I’m Morris the Melon – the sweetest friend you’ll ever meet.

Since I was just a little seedling, I dreamt of sharing my passion for melons with salad lovers everywhere! In my official role as melon agent, and on behalf of my cousins honeydew, piel de sapo and watermelon, these days I roll in to special events with my mate Bruce and cut it up on stage while performing our classic melon dance.

I help kids to learn more about melons and share inspiring and simple melon recipes with fellow foodies. I get so excited about melons because they are the perfect summer snack – sweet, refreshing and packed full of vitamins. I’m actually so good at getting people to enjoy more melons that I’m always on the run – keep in mind I’m only half the melon I used to be!

When I’m not cutting it up on stage, you’ll find me spending time with my friends at the Australian Melon Association.
