I am Inma Rodríguez and I love to cook using quality ingredients and beautifully presented dishes. When you put it like that, it may seem that I spend my life in the kitchen, but not really. Back in my college days and later as a busy executive, I was often in a hurry without much time to cook. However, I learned to organise myself to ensure I would not give up eating good meals and take the time to ensure each meeal was well presented - not rushed.
With my professional experience, my culinary vocation and extensive range of quality products on the market, I have developed an extraordinary ability to prepare delicious dishes that do not require a lot of time.
Now, I want to share my experiences with those who, through lack of time or simply because cooking is not a priority, want to enjoy the satisfaction of a meal well cooked and well presented.
