Indian cuisine is characterized by the use of numerous spices. This dressing is made with cumin and coriander, spices that will give your salad that typical Indian flavour.
Tip: This dressing is also great as a dip for cucumber, cherry tomatoes or mini carrots.
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together. Finish by adding fresh cilantro.
For a creamier dressing, add all ingredients except oil and cilantro to a blender. Pulse to mix ingredients. When blender is running, slowly pour oil into blender until the mixture is creamy. Add cilantro when serving.
