My name is Lourdes, but everyone knows me as Aunty Lou. I now live a more relaxed, peaceful life in the countryside where we grow vegetables in our small garden, Aunty Lou's Garden, in a traditional, artisanal way.

A few years ago life gave me a chance to put on the handbrake and radically change my life.
