So many variations are possible with salads, vegetables and dressings, so I never get bored eating them! Every season has it's own produce that can be used to prepare a new salad.
Once in a while I will share my own creations hoping to inspire you to make the recipes as well. Let me know if you liked it or what was your own addition that made the salad extra special! 

I'm a foodie, I'm busy with food the whole day and search on the internet for new recipes, trends, inspiration and interesting articles about food.
In my spare time I love to cook, have fancy dinners with friends, visit markets and festivals and listen to my favourite music  and last but not least I love to travel and discover new kitchens.
